Rugged Tooling was founded in 2010 by a group of software and hardware engineers with working history in the telecom and testing industry. The company is located in Finland at Technopolis, Oulu. We have grown steadily and now employ several enthusiastic professionals. Our aim is to provide embedded high-precision tools for IP network and IP based application testing, validation and monitoring. Our mission is to improve the overall quality of IP based services.

Tooling Philosophy

Our product ideas have arisen from the intuition and experience gathered from numerous IP-related product development projects in which we have participated. Our tools are planned for environments where high precision and accurate repeatability are needed. We have built these solutions to be as generic as possible, so that they can be easily modified to suit your needs.
